I'm Morteza Moradi. I design and ship AI products, agents, and automation workflows — taking ideas from vague concepts to live products. I founded Voltrisks, a macroeconomic risk intelligence SaaS, and Rulix AI, an AI governance platform. Alongside that, I have five years of experience in building client-facing products for C-level and managerial stakeholders across software, banking, and construction.

A system of record I scoped and built for a manufacturing client — operational data in, immutable financial reporting out.

18,400 LOC TypeScript + 4,000 LOC tests · 12 ADRs documenting the design decisions for a clean handoff
Time-effective pricing — product prices, material costs, wages, and overhead are each an effective-dated history, so editing a preset never rewrites past profit

What I build

Production AI systems that solve a real problem.

Defining the work

I run the discovery, define the work, write the spec, and name the tradeoffs — across backend, frontend, data pipelines, LLM-in-the-loop content, billing, CI/CD, and observability.

Automation across systems

I pin down the operational problem, then ship n8n and code-based agents wired across the systems they touch — with human-in-the-loop checkpoints and validation where the risk warrants it.

Defining an AI governance program

I define the program against NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act, and ISO/IEC 42001, then turn it into guidelines, validation rules, and handoff-ready documentation others can act on.
